Cancellation policy


Cancellation of your conference registration must be made in writing to the conference organisers (sol@studio12.co.at).

For cancellations up to 30 days before the start of the conference, the prepaid participation fee will be refunded minus a processing fee of €50 and any bank charges. No refunds will be possible after this date.
