German-Austrian-Swiss Epilepsy Working Groups

Dear colleagues,

the German-Austrian-Swiss Working Group on Epilepsy (DACH AK) is cordially welcoming you to the Working Group Meeting in Vienna.

Following the successful turning point of the previously German speaking meeting to an international English-speaking meeting in Montreux, we now want to further deepen this international outreach of the German, Austrian and Swiss Working Group.

The Working Group was founded 30 years ago, to stimulate exchange of epileptological knowledge and personal experience between Germany, Austria and in the following years also Swiss colleagues.

Now we extend this forum of exchange to all neighbouring countries and also to colleagues working abroad. The spectrum of participants ranges from young colleagues in training to experienced epileptologists from private practices, hospitals and scientific institutions.

This years’ meeting has a broad spectrum of clinical neuroscience to practical topics, which are relevant for treatment and management of epilepsies.

Vienna offers a unique surrounding with it’s special charm and flavour. It has been rated as one of the most liveable cities.

We invite you to enjoy excellent education, scientific exchange and the culture of Vienna!
